My professional journey began with a passion for computers and digital systems, which led me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and later an MBA in Business Administration. Along the way, I gained hands-on experience in web development, IT support, project management, and digital consultancy, working with organizations and clients across different countries.

• At Malteser Germany, I combined IT support with humanitarian service, assisting refugees and supporting medical staff in digital and social integration.
• With Secret of Sarah (Ukraine), I managed e-commerce websites, implemented SEO strategies, and optimized digital sales processes.
